John Christoff, a Navy veteran and CU Boulder grad, has spent over a decade helping clients navigate the mortgage process with skill, care, and dedication. Originally from Boulder, Colorado and now based in Houston, he’s licensed in CO, TX, and FL and brings a deep understanding of lending to every client he serves. A proud Eagle Scout and community leader, John is passionate about service—whether that’s guiding first-time homebuyers, supporting veteran causes, or volunteering on nonprofit boards. Outside of work, he enjoys everything from skiing and surfing to reading and spending time with his family in Costa Rica.
