Michael Migl is a native Houstonian, avid sports junkie, father of two, career entrepreneur, and Army veteran. He was awarded Houston Press's Hot 100 and worked in the live music industry for over 10 years, pioneering the Houston market for a subsidiary of Live Nation. His duties included promotion, ticket sales, logistics, branding, and motivating a team of market leads to sell out concerts across the city. He also worked hand-in-hand with Red Bull on various projects during their initial introduction into the Houston market.

Michael is also the co-founder of Amsterdam Cocktail Co., a craft cocktail bar in the bustling Houston Heights. Amsterdam Cocktail Co. has become Houston's premiere destination for events, craft cocktails, live music, and more.

Michael's passion for connecting with people has propelled him to become the outspoken leader he is today. He is committed to helping others reach their full potential, and his leadership skills were displayed at a very young age. He set the bar high for his siblings and challenged them to be the best they could be.
